Accessibility: Open to all who seek it with humility, faith, and righteousness (Matthew 5:3, 6:33).
Parables: Taught through stories like:
The Mustard Seed (Matthew 13:31-32): The Kingdom starts small but grows massively.
The Pearl of Great Price (Matthew 13:45-46): It’s worth sacrificing everything for.
The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32): God’s forgiveness welcomes repentant sinners into the Kingdom.

Love Your Neighbor: "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39, Leviticus 19:18). This is the second greatest commandment, fulfilling the Law and Prophets.

Divorce only for unfaithfulness (Matthew 5:31-32).
Speak simply and truthfully, avoiding oaths (Matthew 5:33-37).
Turn the other cheek, go the extra mile (Matthew 5:38-42).
The Lord’s Prayer: A model for prayer focusing on God’s will, provision, forgiveness, and deliverance (Matthew 6:9-13).
Don’t Worry: Trust God for daily needs, like birds and lilies (Matthew 6:25-34).
Golden Rule: "Do to others what you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12).
Judge Not: Avoid hypocritical judgment; focus on self-improvement (Matthew 7:1-5).

4. Forgiveness and Mercy
Forgive Others: Forgive endlessly, as in "seventy times seven" (Matthew 18:21-22).
Parable of the Unforgiving Servant: God forgives us, so we must forgive others (Matthew 18:23-35).
Mercy over Sacrifice: "I desire mercy, not sacrifice" (Matthew 9:13, Hosea 6:6).

5. Faith and Trust in God
Faith Moves Mountains: Even a mustard seed’s worth of faith can do great things (Matthew 17:20).
Ask, Seek, Knock: Persistent prayer yields results (Matthew 7:7-11).

Notes
The Gospels don’t claim to record every word Jesus spoke (John 21:25), so this reflects what’s preserved.
Some teachings overlap (e.g., love and forgiveness), showing their interconnectedness.
Interpretations vary across Christian traditions, but these are the foundational teachings as presented in the texts.
