We see that intelligence creates purpose therefore if we see purpose in things we didn't create, an intelligence (God) must have created it.

Premise 1) Finetuning is either due to chance, necessity or design.

Premise 2) Finetuning is not due to chance or necessity.

Therefore, finetuning is due to design.
